Well hello blogging world! So who are we? Well first off we are two people that are passionately in love with our Savior, King, Healer, Provider, Shelter, and God!!! And then we are two people who are devoted in love to one another.
So a little about us...
Michael and I were married on the most beautiful day ever, November 1, 2008. It was our dream wedding filled with God's presence, our beautiful family and friends, and love. Marriage has been the most beautiful experience in our lives! I am continually amazed at how I could love someone more and more each and every day. If there is one thing that I have learned about God's purpose in marriage, it is that marriage is a direct representation of what God desires in a relationship with us; for us to love Him as He loves us.
Michael and I are both in college, attending the University of Utah. Michael is pursuing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering; he also desires to get a Masters in Electrical Engineering. I am in the second round of college at the U. I first got a B.A. in Sociology and a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies; I decided that wasn't enough schooling for me, and that I wanted to know more, so now I am working towards getting my Masters degree in Social Work. It is quite the journey for both of us, but God is carrying us through it, making us stronger everyday!!!
So now to answer the big question..."When are you having kids?"
Not yet! In time though. We both desire to have a family someday, but I would at least like to be done with my Masters degree before beginning that journey. So don't worry mom and dad, someday you will have grandchildren! Ha ha!
So that is our wonderful life in a nutshell. I will try to keep you posted, but life is crazy sometimes between being a full-time student, working and having a life. Until next time, pray and seek God's face, and may He bless you abundantly!!!
